  • Lovett or Leave It Presents: Bravo, America! (with Rachel Lindsay)
    Dec 25 2025

In this new series from Lovett or Leave It, Rachel Lindsay joins Jon Lovett to talk about what it’s like to go from being a lawyer, to Bachelor contestant, to the first Black woman to be the Bachelorette. Can you actually find love on these shows? Can you ever trust that it’s real? And what role to do fireball shots play in the process? Plus Rachel reflects on the moment she realized producers were preparing her to lead the franchise, even as they seemed to be worried about racial stereotypes in how she might be perceived by the audience. She talks about the perfect storm that led to Chris Harrison’s fateful interview on Extra which ultimately led to his ouster from the Bachelor world entirely. And Lovett does ask about the fantasy suites, but from a place of concern and confusion, mostly.

I love this show, smart, informative, and endlessly entertaining. This podcast got me hooked on other Crooked Media products but Hysteria is still my favorite. As a straight, white man in my 50's living in a very red part of Minnesota, I need content like this to remind me that outside my area. a lot of people are decent and normal.
Thank you
