Somewhat disappointed

I really wanted to like this story, but I was waiting for that moment and it didn’t come.

Just okay

I know that there’s only so much you can do in a short story but everything was so rushed. I didn’t feel any chemistry between Duke and Valentina. There wasn’t any explanation for how Duke’s ex-girlfriends son was the result of a one night stand with a stranger but looked exactly like Duke. I didn’t care for the narrators. The Spanish accent for Valentina was especially bad. I’ve liked other Kendall Ryan books but could have passed on this short story. Was of $3.99.

Eh, not worth it

I really like Kendall Ryan’s books, but this one made me cringe...a lot. Especially since the spanish cuss words were not used correctly at all, so every time the narrator cussed (in choppy Spanish I should add) it would make me wince.

the story was a bore, no climax, and the sex was lackluster. I wouldn't waste your time.
