No glamor, but high profit

If you can find about 30k to invest, this really is a great business.
I recently had to clear out my parents estate, and they were hoarders. An acre of sheds filled with garbage. You can imagine why I became interested in getting my own dumpster.
Following the advice in this book, I have determined where my niche will be in my county, and it is going to be the residential contractors.
I’m looking into how to limit my liabilities in my geographic location, but thanks to this book I know the risks up front.
The tip about getting insured was also very valuable.
I don’t know of any other business that is more free of bosses, employees and customer hassles.
And if I build up to 3 dumpsters I calculate that I should be able to profit $5000 per month for less than 40 hours of my time.
So yeah, I’m seriously looking into this.
As long as you aren’t in my area, you should too.

This is a very handy business guide for anyone interested in starting a new dumpster rental business. It breaks down the practice into several easy to follow sections. even if you're total beginner just like I am, and have aboslutely no idea on how this kind of business works, i'd say that this book is still fairly easy to pick up and follow through the process. Of course the actual running and operating a business is far more complex than what could be taught in a book over 3 hours period of time, but it's a good learning opportunity to explore something new. i'd highly recommend it.
