Useful and practical tips!

I’ve seen Shari speak at a number of conferences and always walk away with so many instant takeaways. I was excited to read her book. I love her models, practical steps, humor and…. It’s hard to argue with anything she says.

Referenced Website

I went on the website to obtain the free tools she referenced in the book and they are not there. I found only the materials that are for sale. Really wish I would have bought the hardcover so I had tools to refer back to.

A great introduction on impactful conversations

Some great content here which is easy to understand. Good storytelling which puts into perspective difficult situations at work that can be resolved through communication.
One thing: Shari's voice was not easy to listen to at times. The Vocal Fry was annoying and for a non-American was slightly unclear.
