I wish I had listened to this audiobook many years ago. It will have helped me to get out of a toxic relationship sooner then later. It will provide me with lots of information. What? Help me to get out was my lord and savior, Jesus, and my family. The author did an amazing job in creating this audiobook. It's well narrated in simple language for you to understand. Also, their a total of six chapters, each one with its own topic. I love how it explains loving yourself first before others, and how to appreciate or reward yourself by taking a walk or dining out. I recommend this book for those who have come out of a bad relationship or a toxic relationship. It will guide you on how to feel worthy and teach you how to love yourself again before entering into another relationship. I give this book five stars. Also, it is worth your money and your time.

I especially loved the parts about setting boundaries and quieting that automatic inner criticism. Those sections helped me rethink a few habits and feel more grounded in myself. It gave me some simple shifts I plan to carry into my day-to-day life. Even though a couple of ideas repeat, the reminders actually helped the main points stick.
