A Book to Read and ReRead

As a pastor, I’ve taken men through this book. And as a husband and father, I’ve come back to this time multiple times. The content is biblically rich and equally convicting as it is encouraging. We all have areas to grow, and Beeke has done a great service in pointing us back to Christ as the model and source of that growth.
The narrator is also top-notch. Nothing flashy, but he reads clearly and carries the book's gravitas well.

Awesome must read for Christian men.

Simple, to the point, and informative.

This book has a short guide on how Christian men, specifically married with kids, can course correct the spiritual life of themselves to benefit the family. Beeke clearly articulates the problems, uses scripture to identify the solutions and then gives small practical guidance to start new trends to further the holiness of a family. A very quick read with very practice information.
