Convincing and thorough explanation of the content and importance of meditating on the Gospel
I always enjoy Paul Washer’s preaching but this is the first of his written works that I have listened to. I thoroughly enjoyed his extensive writing on the topic of the Gospel. It is making me reconsider many of my own views and priorities when it comes to this topic. I am considering purchasing a hard copy to go through it at a slower pace and read all of the passages cited. I highly recommend this book to every Christian.

Worth the time
I can't imagine a believer from any denomination that wouldn't find this book to be worth his/her time. Considering all the distractions available, I found this book to be a useful anchor towards the importance, indeed preeminence, of the crucifixion of our Lord. The Lord of lords, Christ Jesus!
