Celibacy doesn't have to be taboo

I so enjoyed this book! Bernice not only takes us through a subject that is often glossed over, she does it in a way that is honest, vulnerable and adds a bit of humor. Because celibacy doesn’t have to be a taboo, hidden or heavy subject. And in truth, this is not just about celibacy, it’s about making yourself a priority in your own life, choosing the path that is true for you and believing in yourself even when others might not agree or even judge you.

Whether you’re choosing a path of celibacy or not, this book gives you a lot to ponder on and I highly recommend it.

I would recommend this book. It was very interesting and informative. The layout was created perfectly!

Reading this once was more than enough.

The book was alright once I got past the authors voice, but it just didn't resonate very well with me. Great concept, and there don't seem to be too many other books on this topic, but going through it one time was definitely enough. Some good ideas for your young girls though if you take what the authors mother did for her.

Listened to the story in one sitting. I enjoyed listening to Bernice's experiences. I was enlightened by the lessons that celibacy taught her and excited about what it will teach me. Though I was looking for a book that was more spiritual along with the straight forwardness that this book offers, I enjoyed this book and the author's willingness to be open and honest about her journey. Thank you Bernice. Even though I don't know you I am proud of you.
