but I think for the beginning part where there's a lot of action step sometimes it not applicable to every situation for example if you get ghosted without closure. I don't know how to do in that case but what I did was I let go

Good advice - wish I would have gotten sooner

I recommend for immediately after the breakup, or if you feel your relationship may be headed there. I got this about 2.5 months after and I had already done some damage with the desperate/ needy texting.

I listened to the book twice, it's only about 1.5 hrs long. I completed most of the workbook, a couple of things couldn't be done due to my previous actions. I decided to reach out for the single question (you have to pay $25. I wasn't sure if it would be worth it or not, but thought I'd give it a shot to see if I could do some damage control. I explained my backstory, explained why some of his steps didn't apply to me - my guy has zero social media - and asked how to move forward in my particular scenario. I got my response in less than 24 hrs and it was surprisingly good advice. I expected a dismissive/ partial attempt at my situation. What I got was a thoughtful message that showed he read my email and tailored his answer for me.

I know that due to some of the damage I caused, my journey back will be long. But reading Gregg's regular emails he sends out, including any additional literature he shares helps keep me focused and busy. I wish I would have gotten this right after the breakup. I would be in a much different place now if I had. We broke up due to long distance. Shortly after all of this, he was transferred to my city. Damage control underway and hopefully I can repair the relationship even if it is to be friends again.
