Ok
Useful, but could have been better. I would have appreciated if the whole repair estimate checklist would have been read at the end. It was indicated it would be easily available on his website but I didn't find it to be the case .

Underwhelmed
I was expecting more from this than simply saying X rehab would run between $X - $XX, which even that is an oversimplification as prices will vary by location. If you’re looking for more information than a generic estimate for the VA, MD, and DC area I would look elsewhere.

Giant ranges of estimates. Some helpful info.
The book should be titled “a short book of tips to help with rehabs” as it does contain some helpful information. There is not much value as far as helping estimate costs as he just throws out huge ranges that it “could” be in one instance the range is $1000-$10,000. This isn’t helpful information.
I wouldn’t spend $4 on it.

Simple, helpful as I’m getting started.
This book’s charm is in its simplicity. It does not claim to be more than what it is, yet it effectively gives helpful advice in a succinct manner.
I have found the process of estimating rehab costs to be daunting, but this helps to bring the task within my reach. Well worth the Audible credit + 1.5 hours spent listening.

I really enjoyed this book, especially that it didn’t have tons of fluff just to fill pages/time. Like a lot of other real estate investing books I’ve read lately.
Jeff gives good, real info of what you can expect when you look into rehab properties. Haven’t
