Does what it says

This succinct audiobook delivers exactly what it says on the cover.. In today’s world where many marketing type books want to fill their content out with stories and case studies with scant regard for the needs of the reader or their time, this book from Darren Hignett gets down to the nuts and bolts of should/shouldn’t. At my stage of business startup this is exactly what is needed to deliver the confidence in this area.

More useful than you think

I have found this a very useful introduction into how marketing works on the internet. I believe there is enough detail here to get you off to a very good start, and sufficient variety that you can open up multiple marketing channels to lead people towards your site and a purchase - which is the goal.

I think it will also benefit anyone who is looking at designing a website, as the decisions you would make on the marketing side - such as they types of colours to use - are also valid for non-commercial sites and any other site not used for direct marketing.

I would recommend this for anyone considering, or looking to refine, their marketing on a website. I would also consider it worthwhile for anyone who wants to either design their own site, or wants to talk confidently to their designer about appearing professional.

Excellent guide on how to create the perfect landing page

This book is a practical guide packed with interesting insights and useful tips on how to make your offer stand out of the crowd and increase conversation.

The content of this book is very clear, coincise and right to the point.

The language used by the author is so down to earth that even non technical or non marketers business owners can easily follow and implement on their website.

I’ve already implemented most of the changes that Darren Hignett is recommending on his book, and I can see they are really working for me and my business.

Also this book has made me think about the importance of shooting videos, which has now become a key part of my marketing plan.

Overall this is a MUST HAVE guide to anyone who’s SERIOUS about making their business a SUCCESS.

Marketing

This is more or less a contact form. I lost count on how many times this guy mentions his email adress and how to contact him. He drops a few web sights, that you actually can find yourself through google. This book is a waste of time. Dont bother.
