A worthy continuation of the series

Would you listen to House Name again? Why?

Yes

What other book might you compare House Name to and why?

Anything by Michelle Sagara/West - you don't need a computer to run a concordance to recognize the word use or style:-)

What does Eva Wilhelm bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

In my copy (the enhanced version) about 32 minutes from the end she stops halfway through a sentence and says something that sound suspiciously like f*ck and then restarts the sentence - I doubt that's in the printed copy of the book!

Any additional comments?

One more file editing error - the enhanced version comes as a single file, yet halfway or perhaps 2/3 through the file there's the tag the comes at the end of an intermediate part ("You've reached the end of a part, but not the end of the book.....") Someone was asleep at the editing desk...

Narrator Curse in Chapter 29 is GOLDEN

What was one of the most memorable moments of House Name?

When the narrator loudly curses in the final chapter... rewound about 7 times. Awesome. Really. I was getting ever so slightly bored. Awesome. You are my hero Eva!

Lots of Detail

Would you consider the audio edition of House Name to be better than the print version?

Yes, the reader makes all the detail more vivid.

What other book might you compare House Name to and why?

It reminds me of the Lord of the Rings.

Have you listened to any of Eva Wilhelm’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have not.

House Name

Another great series by Michelle West/Sagara. I am enjoying the listen.
I also like the length of these books. Worth the credit!
