Adam Goldman is the Brooklyn-based writer and director of The Outs and Whatever This Is. His work has been featured by The New York Times, Interview Magazine, the Paley Center for Media, and many others. He was named one of the 50 funniest people in Brooklyn by Brooklyn Magazine.

Alan Cumming has performed with Jay Z and Liza with a Z; he has won a Tony, hosted the Tonys, and been nominated for an Emmy for doing so; he has a bar called Club Cumming and a soap called Cumming in a Bar; and he made back-to-back films with Stanley Kubrick and the Spice Girls; he has played God, the devil, Hitler, the pope, a teleporting superhero, Hamlet, all the parts in Macbeth, General Batista of Cuba, a goat opposite Sean Connery, Dionysus, a Smurf (twice), the emcee in Cabaret (thrice), a James Bond baddie—oh, and political spinmeister Eli Gold on seven seasons of The Good Wife, for which he received multiple Golden Globe, Emmy, and SAG award nominations; he is the author of five books, including a #1 New York Times best-selling memoir. He played the first-ever gay leading role on an US network drama, CBS's Instinct. He appeared on Sesame Street, Dora the Explorer, topless in Playgirl, and naked on the cover of his second album.
He has received over 40 awards for his humanitarianism and social activism, three honorary doctorates, both the Great Scot and Icon of Scotland awards from his homeland, and was made an OBE (Officer of the British Empire) for his contributions to the arts and LBGT equality by the Queen, whose portrait was taken down when his was unveiled at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery in 2014.
He has sung in concert halls across the globe, including the Sydney Opera House, the London Palladium, the Hollywood Bowl, and Carnegie Hall. Billboard said of his show Alan Cumming Sings Sappy Songs, "He's an icon to behold—he is unapologetically himself, and with a talent like that, he has no need to apologize."

About the Performer

Bowen Yang returned to Saturday Night Live for his second season as a cast member after joining the show as a staff writer in Season 44. Yang is a comedian, writer, and actor based in New York. He is the cohost of the acclaimed podcast Las Culturistas and its live show, I Don’t Think So Honey, which has sold out multiple venues nationally and been featured on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Today. Yang has appeared as a guest star on HBO’s High Maintenance, Comedy Central’s Broad City, and the feature Isn’t It Romantic, and most recently had a recurring role in the Comedy Central series Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens. Yang is from Aurora, Colorado.

Such a shame

I was really looking forward to this but the acting is so bad I couldn't get past the second episode. it really feels like a first year drama school project. What a pity. The lines are completely lost in one dimensional delivery.

WAY outside my usual listening but loved it

I can say from the outset that this is a story and genre that I would not usually give a second glance to when skimming through the listings.
However I decided to give it a listen as it was included - AND laughed the whole way through. Completely and utterly outrageous in story, plot, characters and narration. It is one of the best audios that I have listened to and would hope that the author and narrators come together again for another WHITE HOT HEIST!!!

loved it!

personally, I loved this,slow to get the humour, that's probably just me,but once you get it,it's great.characters are full on camp,with laughs all through.the synopsis warns of language of a sexual theme,seamen based,but that's the story!

can't stand eating noises. Had to stop ☹️

I honestly could not stand the eating noises of people slurping it was disgusting I ended up finishing about Midway through episode 2 I don't think I will be continuing it because I cannot stand those noises it's unfortunate when audiobooks have some of these noises when you trying to listen with headphones it's just bad

The best I’ve heard on audible.

unique story line

oh m g

this audiobook took me on a journey that was unexpected, I thought it may be crass ... it was but in a delightful way. It's Minecraft story mode cross gay spy adventure... do yourself a favour and go on the ride

Bless the narrator... if the story doesn't entertain you then hold out for his insight into Moby Dick... wowza

Fun!

A clever and fun comedically queer radio drama! Bowen Yang is delightful, joined by Mj Rodriguez, Abbi Jacobson, Alan Cumming, Jane Lynch, and more icons. A satire of heist movies with a lot of dirty jokes, this is a fun story to listen to while jogging indeed.

Hope audible and Bowen do more of these in the future...
