For centuries people have speculated about the wild things that might live deep within the woods. One popular theory is witches; people believe witches live in the forest and cast curses on those who enter. This may be rooted in the many fairy tales which depict the exact same thing. If you're reading this, you're probably one of the brave souls who aren't scared of a little fright. But I warn you, these woods will give you more than just a little fright.

The living dead are often thought to be exclusive to movies and dreams, but in this quick book you will see your nightmares come to life. Cotard's Syndrome is a very rare and mysterious illness in which the victim truly believes they are dead, and they certainly act the part. Several cases include a woman who believes she doesn't have a brain or stomach, a man who believes he's gone to Hell and can't leave, and an elderly lady who sleeps in a coffin. It may sound crazy, but these horrifying accounts are all true.

Honger 2
The story kept me engaged throughout, I liked the main characters and there development and the horror that ran through the story was also interesting and a well developed storyline. The narrator's Bryan and Sonya Anderson were both excellent. Sonya was especially funny at times Would definitely listen to more by the writer.

Great Follow on to Honger
This was a great follow on to Honger. I am happy that it continued the story and followed Chloe's path. Quite a different story line from the first book, but that made it stand out by itself and not need to be compared to the first book, which I also really enjoyed. This one seemed to be more graphic and more sexual and really amped up everything that worked so well for the first book. Terry West has a great imagination and is able to tell a great story.
The narrators did a good job. As this story follows Chole, Sonya does the majority of the narration. I began to enjoy her voicing of Chole a bit more than from the first book but still thought her cadence was off and had a robotic quality. Collectively they did a great job and I really like to hear narrations done this way as I think it really helps with the characters and brings the story that much more to life.

West’s sequel is a masterwork of gory horror
The first one was great and the sequel picks up where that one left off. Chloe has suffered the bite and now has the Honger. The horror continues. Ever watch the movie Ravenous? Hear of the gritty dark tales of what a wendigo is and how they are made? They pale in comparison to the Honger. Enjoy this but please get the first one before doing so. Backstory is a must. Oh Chloe!
I requested this audio book from free audiobook codes. com. This review is my own and my honest thoughts on the book.
First off i would like to address the narrator, Sonya Anderson. I love accents and i'm super go with the flow but I wish she would limit it to Chloe's character only. A little goes a long way.
The story picks up right where book 1 ends. We see the aftermath of Chloe's transformation and what follows. This short story is super bloody! I would read the next in this series to see what and where she goes but i think i'd prefer to actually read it and not listen.
