Out of all the divas at New Day Temple of Faith, Unique has to be the most colorful one - she and her mother, Lorain, that is. Never one to hold her tongue in the name of keepin' it real, it's no surprise that Unique has not been saved all her life. It's safe to say that Lorain wasn't born on the church pew either. Let the church folk tell it, the apple hasn't fallen too far from the tree when it comes to Unique.

I did not feel the Holy Ghost
Would you try another book from Michele Andrea Bowen and/or Saidah Arrika Ekulona?
I really like the narrator I have heard her on other novels and I like how she express the characters.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
I like the battle between Lamont and Jethro for the housing bid. The romance between Theresa and Lamont could have been done better.
Did Holy Ghost Corner inspire you to do anything?
I did inspire me not to judge people on their outside appearance Ms. Babydoll's character was done very well.

Narrator didn't do it for me!!!
I've read the hard copy of this book several times & love it. That is the reason why I bought this book on Audible. But I was truly disappointed when I heard the narrator. I expected much better!!!! The narrator from the other books by Mrs. Bowen were so much better!!! in not sure if I'll keep this.

Poor narrator and a very boring story
I listen to alot of audio books and this story is almost unbareable to even hear even on low volume. The character names in this story are so GHETTO, too ridiculous to even remember. And the plot and story line is really bad. I wasted so much time listening to this story that I could have gotten a root canal which I would have enjoyed better.
