I’m invested in this series!
PI Frankie Dawson has returned home after 15yrs, at the request of his dying former best friend. Except, by the time Frankie has arrived, his friend is already dead…both him and his wife murdered. As Frankie begins his own investigation in an effort to find the truth, and keep the daughter safe, powerful forces are out to stop him. Loved the ending! Looking forward to the next book.

This was a decent story but the virtual voice narration was distracting. It does not do well with character dialog.
