Tenn

I’m too busy to let a mate slow me down.

As one of the last two water dragons in existence, I know it’s my responsibility to help build our numbers back up. But I’m not ready for a mate or a kid. Not yet. Then, Khyler walks into the room and has me questioning everything.

My instincts scream that the kind med student is a divine omega...and my fated mate. Pursuing a relationship with him could mean changing everything about my life.

Am I ready to take the risk for true love?

Khy

I’ve always been wary of dragons, but Tenn is too hot to resist.

My grandfather raised me to stay away from dragons if I didn’t want to exist only to make their babies. But I can tell Tenn isn’t like that. He wants to protect me, but loves that I can defend myself. And he kisses me like I’m the most precious thing in the world.

Being with Tenn means stepping fully into the world of shifters, and I don’t know if I’m ready for that. But when rogue dragons come to town with their sights set on me, I’ll need to rely on him if I’m going to stay safe. And I’m about to find out there’s no way to resist an alpha dragon, especially when he’s your mate.

His Scarred Dragon brings together a scarred alpha with a traumatic past and his bright omega mate. Khy and Tenn may be opposites, but their love burns bright in this m/m shifter romance.

Dragons and Mates

I have only read/listened to Book 1 in this series but it didn't detract from my enjoyment of the story. I will probably go back and read the previous ones just to keep the names straight in my head. I enjoyed Kyler and Tenn's story. Neither one was sure of what they wanted and Kyler had a lifetime of distrust built up, mostly due to the words of his grandfather. It was enjoyable and the narrator has a good voice. He was pleasant to listen to.

Absolutely Love this Series

I received an ARC of this audio for my honest review. Tenn has been without a mate for hundreds of years, and frankly he kind of likes it that way. Khyler is a divine omega, as such he is one of a few who can get pregnant. For a while he thought he was the only one. Tenn meets Khyler and feels an instantaneous connection. However, Tenn isn't ready to be tied down to a mate and have a family so he pushes Khyler away. Gabriel does an amazing job narrating.

Another good one

I’ve really enjoyed this series so far. I wasn’t a super fan of the narrator at first, but either he is getting better or I am just getting used to him. Overall I enjoyed this audiobook. The storyline was interesting and intriguing and the characters Khy and Ten make for an interesting couple.

Sadly Disappointed

This is the fifth book in The Divine Dragons Series. A story full of potential that wasn’t met. The plot was entertaining and it was steady throughout the book. I found the story and characters likeable. The characters were somewhat developed and thought out. Tennyson and Khyler are the MC’s of this book and mates. The narrator did a good job and think that he made the story better than it would’ve been. I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.

Loved Tenn and Khy!

I really enjoyed Tennyson and Khyler. Tennyson is one of the last water dragons and knows he is responsible for increasing their numbers, but he's not ready. He meets Khyler and knows that he is his mate. Tenn tries to push Khyler away, but Khyler is a divine omega and that hard to do. This was good! Gabriel Amari did a good job with narration. He did a good job differentiating the characters voices.

His Scarred Dragon

I started out loving everything about this story. Tenn and Khyler both being very strong characters had me excited about the way the story was heading...however, when the characters started going hot and cold, flipping back and forth with their feelings for each other it fell short to me. It became so “wishy washy" when it comes to first Tenn’s feelings, then jumps to Khyler’s feelings, back and forth over and over... ughhh! I found it very frustrating to the point I almost didn’t finish. It felt like the author was padding the story with their negative emotional angst instead of creating action in the storyline. It’s not by any means a horrible story but it’s just not for me. Narrator Gabriel Amari did a really good job with the voices bringing all the different characters to life.

His Sacred Dragon

This is a really good series! I enjoyed the set up a lot and the characters. There was a lot of sass in some of these characters with banter that made me grin. Kyler and Tenn’s story is work for them it took them some time to get together which made the pay off even more worth it. Neither was sure of what they wanted and yet they did finally figure it out. These two were a really good couple!

An mpreg dragon shifer, hurt/comfort romance!🐲

This was a fun paranormal opposites attract, Grumpy and Sunshine romance.
The world building was surreal and enchanting.
Tenn is a wary water dragon. He isn't ready to be saddled with a mate and kids yet. But when Khyler enters his life, he changes his perspective on things and he can't help want to take a risk at pursuing a relationship with his fated mate.

This was engaging and I liked the concept of fated mates an an alpha with a traumatic past.
If you like a sweet dragon shifter romance with fated mates and mpreg this is for you.

Gabriel Amari did a fabulous audio delivery as well.

fated mates/protective alpha/divine omega/shifters

Provided by Gay Romance Reviews for an honest review.

Jill, thank you for this sweet dragon story. This was my first dragon shifter story, and they were just what I wanted. They are protective and so alpha, and ya just great. Khyler really takes Tennyson off guard when they first meet, and it is just push and pull from there forward. Tennyson tries his hardest to push Khyler away, but you know, fated mates and all do not typically stray far. Then the fact that Khyler is a divine omega, it is even more rare. Then there are bad people out to get the divine omegas, and of course that causes some issues, but then it is resolved and they get a wonderful HEA. This was my first read by Jill and I just want to read the rest of this series starting from the beginning. The audio was performed by Gabriel Amari, my first by him, and he did a wonderful job with the characters. Would definitely recommend this book for anyone looking for a glimpse into dragon shifters, as I thought it was a great introduction.
