Listened to the whole thing unfortunately…

The writing on this is not geared towards adults, maybe young teens. It is just bad, in my opinion. I saw another reviewer who described the main character as a preachy, nonviolent vegan. It is very apt. It is a cool idea, but it has poor execution. Also, the author gets into way too much detail in some items that don't really need explanation and then glosses over important items.

An Alternative LitRPG Plot

This was a mostly enjoyable listen, similar to the first book. I don't think I will continue with the audio format of this series, however. There is too much repetitive going over of stat changes, lasting minutes. I don't buy audiobooks just to have to fast-forward over sections. If I continue with the series, it will be by ebook.

Another way to Do LTRPG

What fun. This is another way to do LTRPG with someone that does not like violence. What a interesting way and also this is supper well written and keeps you interested the whole time. Very ingenuous and the story drives the LTRPG not the grinding that is typical in this kind of books.

Great protagonist development

Meeting new animal friends and new challenges for a pacifist. This book opens up the world for Roth as he finds a path that works for him.

Great 2nd book!

This series is great and I am going definitely going to read the 3rd! It’s a fresh take on LitRPG and is well written
