Kelly Hopkins is ready to break away, from her small apartment, loneliness, and most important, her past. Kelly is used to overcoming adversity...but can she possibly contend against Ian’s conniving and underhanded mother? If Kelly isn’t careful, she might lose more than the man she loves, she might just lose everything.

Almost the credit

Great book but the ending could have been more detailed. I love you. Good credit buy

Slow and somewhat predictable buildup, but then...

Slow and somewhat predictable buildup, but then the plot quickly picks up in momentum, unpredictably, and heart. Also, I wish there was a male narrator for the last few chapters. Nevertheless, I will read / listen to this again and again.
