This book is so well done.
She manages to tell a great informative & entertaining story without a lot of unnecessary words.
When I say entertaining, I don’t mean it reads like a work of fiction, but it is delivered in a way that holds your attention and makes you want to keep listening.
There are so many good takeaways that I will definitely be listening to this again in the near future.

The amount of qualified information.

The information is transforming and a guide to forming a better organization. However, the reader was substantially substandard making listening boring by the repetitive reflection of her pattern.
