Publisher's summary

Dragons never existed in this world…until now.

When Simone Watson is bitten by a creature never recorded in human history, she finds herself entrusted to the care of a death angel, one Lucian D’Angelo, for her protection.

Since the dragon has marked her as a potential mate, it’s up to Lucian and his crew to make sure the beast isn’t able to claim her. Simple enough. The only thing is, Lucian is falling for her, and the dragon is not going to give her up without one hell of a fight.

Yet, Simone is not taking this lying down...or is she? Hmmm, this bombshell may turn out to have a little more fire and a few more tricks than anyone suspects.

Her Angel Lover is the first book in A. D. Hunter’s hot and steamy new paranormal dark romance series, The Lochwillow Chronicles.

Content warning: This book contains adult language, adult situations, and adult themes, and deals with sexual assault and miscarriage.

Hot and Steamy Amazing narration!

What a great story, the narration was superb, I love Simone, and Lucian is everything a girl would want. The narrator took me right into the story and made the book even more fun, I would like to be swooped up and taken to Willow island! All great paranormal characters, can’t wait for book 2. If you love paranormal romance, then this book is a must.

A MUST READ!

I totally enjoyed this book. The storyline and how I was transported into this book! I want me an Angel Lover! Wheeeew! Kami’s narration was on point! Kami’s narration pulled me into the book. I loved how Kami was in character with the story. I could image the scenes in my head as she narrated the story! Especially when Simone would get upset! Way to go Kami! Cannot wait for the next book!

Loved this story!

This story brought me into the world and kept me there right from the start. Once the story gets going it doesnt let up until the very end! I loved it! It was so easy to get lost in the story and fall in love with each of the characters on Lochwillow.
It was so well written and was a great mixture of spicy and fun!
Kami Havens narration was so well done! You immediately knew who each character was. The feelings she put into each voice made you want to stay for the ride. I loved Mags and Simone’s friendship and that was in a large part due to the way Kami played them! I can’t wait for the next one!

Where is my Angel?

From the moment I started listening to this book I was transported to Lochwillow. The storyline was compelling and the narrator took me out of this world. Kami Havens narration was right on point with all the different characters. I especially liked the voice of Adelaide.

Simone and Lucian are hot. I want more. I must know what happens with all of their friends. I look forward to being swept away to Lochwillow again.

A Captivatingly Must Read!

The story the author created and the way it was narrated sucks you right into it’s world. Featuring dragons, angels, vampires, witches, wolfs and much more. A mixture of real world with fantasy and yes, lots of perfectly descriptive erotica. The narrative was fantastically performed and gave each character a life of their own. Can’t wait for the next one!🖤

Narrates Like Canadian A.I.

I thought about keeping quiet but then I realized I should warn others. This book is a hot... mess... Not only is the narration atrocious but the the story itself is a hodge-podge of happenings. I get the whole bag of different beings co-mingling thing that's been done since forever now, but god this could have been SO much better. It's a bunch of dumb stuff happening like bit by a dragon then suddenly talking about a hospital with a hornet's nest thrn a werewolf comes and then the mc is going into the bathroom bc she started her period - I mean the transitions to these events need a LOT of work. And that's just Chapters 1-4. 2 stars for trying to push out a story. And then this narrator - Audible... please PLEASE find acceptable speakers. This lady's voice-acting is ridiculous, cringe, dumb sounding, boring, grates on my nerves SO bad I can't even listen to the mostly sht so far storyline. It's almost as bad as Sarah J Maas' monotonous narrator. Those books I'll have to read myself. Because these narrators are destroying the entire ambiance and feel of the literature. They're reading the words and that's it. Narrator: 2 stars for showing up and attempting to switch up voices per character, albeit ridiculous sounding they were.
Do better, Audible. Take a poll. Find volunteers. Test them. Something. A wasted Credit.

Get the Hardcopy! It’s a good storyline. The narration is right up there in the top 5 worse I’ve heard. I have over 270 titles

The book is probably really, really great. The plot seems interesting and unique. The Narrator is SO, SO darn AWFUL. I have to return the book. I’m only one chapter in and I cannot take it. I hate to return books but man. It’s the narration. The male voices that the female narrator does just sounds like when someone is mocking a male and trying their hardest to make the person sound goofy or infantile.
