Long but good
This book had me 😭 lol. I was hesitant because of the reviews but I wasn’t disappointed. I thought it was performed well. I know Cendese isn’t always well received but he’s grown on me as I listen to more books and I now enjoy him. Stephen’s is solid and was a great balance to Cendese.
Great second chance love story.

Repetitive storyline.
I stopped listening after Chapter 2. The author repeated the prologue in Chapter 1. Why birthed with a prologue? Then a new character opens his milk and takes a few swallows. Three sentences later he opened his milk and guzzled it down. I get that they'd may have been two cartons, but it wasn't portrayed that way.
I gave up.
