Very informative!

I really enjoyed this health book she knows a lot and explained a lot! I am inspired!

An Excellent Book On Wellness

I really liked this book since it provided the necessary tools on how to
care for the body, soul and spirit. I especially liked how easy it was
listening to this narrator who made this 6 hour book an enlightenment
in my quest for wellness. . Her use of pauses, emphasis of key ideas,
canges in pitch all helped me to complete the journey.

Wonderful information narration hard to listen

I listen to the first sections of the book until I could no longer take the sound of the narrator's Voice. My daughter heard it and reacted as I did. Her voice is high, nasally, robotic. I returned the audiobook. I like the content enough to consider buying a paper version.

Great book. Terrible narrator

This book is fantastic. I️ definitely recommend it. For beginners in a healthy lifestyle or pros. Gives a few new I️nsights on things, very well explained if you are new to a lot of health related issues. Absolutely terrible narrator though, I️ would say get the book and read it yourself. The lady reading sounds like a robot. It’s dreadful. Don’t buy it on here. You’ll thank me later. Trust me

You'll want it in paper too!

Truly well done, comprehensive book that addresses our triune life. Beni does an amazing job of outlining with scripture each of the areas of our life to become wholly healthy: body, soul and spirit. She includes wonderful recipes, scriptures and practices to change your life into one that can fully embody the health and beauty our temples were created to be.

Such great reference information that I also bought it in print.
