Listening to this book has been so Inspiring. Somatic healing is something I’m passionate about and Brett makes the techniques so easy to follow. I was listening to chapter 6 today and doing some of the voice exercises while driving my car. I love that I can do this in the car. When I got to the event I was going to I was more vocal and being more authentic which has been something I’ve wanted to lean more into. It’s amazing how healing somatics can be and feel immediate results from it.
