Very Helpful for Healing

I am in a better place now in regards to understanding how to deal with my recovery and the things I need to do to make sure I don't relapse, even though that's part of recovery.
l learned some helpful things to do to prevent another relapse and how to move on and put my life back together piece by piece and that recovery is the voice of hope and can reveal endless possibilities.
