We all have times when we feel nervous or not quite good enough, some people have a lack of self-esteem that makes them feel worthless or stops them from doing things they want to do. In this live presentation, the UK's leading lifecoach Pete Cohen will take you through some simple but highly effective steps to help you feel comfortable in any situation.

Self confidence is a state of mind; it's a habit - a habit that people who are comfortable in their own skins have practiced. A habit is simply a behaviour that is learnt and practiced and the good news is, you can learn it too.

The fact is everyone is both physically and emotionally imperfect and this doesn't make us bad or worthless - were just human. During this presentation Pete will show you how to:

  • Accept yourself and appreciate who you are
  • Master your emotions and stop self-sabotage
  • Stop self-criticism and remove negative thoughts
  • Change the way others think about and perceive you, -
  • Be comfortable in your own skin

And most importantly let Pete help you feel and be good enough by create the self you want. www.sortyourlifeout.com

That was a rather ambitious title for such a lightweight speech. Nothing that hasn't been said
1000 times before at least. He doesn't actually show you how to stop self criticism, but just tells you to stop doing it. If you can build
supreme confidence by making a funny face in the mirror in the morning, (as per one of his instructions) good for you, but I daresay you probably didn't have much of a problem to begin with.

    Lightweight, trite advice.
