I only listened to the whole story for closure.

This was hard to listen to. So much abuse you can’t enjoy the intimate moments between the main characters and I mean including the heartfelt ones not just the sex.

Dark and Hot 🔥

Very dark story so you have to be into dark romance to like it. I loved, loved, LOVED this book! I love Knox and Aspen! Super hot dynamic 🔥🔥🔥

Do you enjoy dark romance where hate-f**king becomes a sport & somehow turns into undeniable love that makes sense even though it doesn't make sense? If you do, RUN - don't walk - to listen to this one. It's dysfunctional, forbidden, DARK, delicious, devious, twisted, bully romance, extreme 🔥 YOWZA!!

love it

I have been waiting for what seems like forever to get this audible book. I got up super early just to start it lol. Well I'm glad I did. The main male character starts out and seems like a complete jerk but as the story progresses you start to understand why he is the way he is. My heart breaks for him. The main female character has had a rough go at life as well. They seem to hate each other so much but there is a fine line between love and hate and they seem to help each other heal. The end had me crying legit ugly tears.
The narration was on point, they really brought this story to life. I love their voices.

Dark, twisted, sensual, and deeply intimate.

LOVED this book, I DEFINITELY recommend this one for sure. I read some negative reviews and didn't understand how anyone could dislike this story, it really had it all.. I loved this couple so much. Nox was one of those male characters you don't come across every day, the kind that you can't wait to read about because there are authors like Ashley Jade out there that understand the dark side of humanity a little more and aren't afraid to present it in their books. I cannot tell you just how frustrating it it is to see the PG-13 version of the dark, deadly men we all love to hate before we love, and it becomes exhausting to read about a guy who is essentially the same person from bookok with a new nameaway from the ugly parts, the taboo, but this book does just the opposite by taking two very different but somehow similar people revel in the dark parts of their souls while still trying to claim the light as well. The writing was superb, and the narration was just as amazing. I absolutely love when I come across a book that doesn't follow the cookie-cutter possessive alpha male and this definitely does not fit that mold. I particularly loved the scene at the playground from when they were kids. It was both terribly sad but also somehow fulfilling to see their humble beginnings in the darkest part of Nox's life as he bullies the little girl that saw into his dark soul with just a look. I wish I could find more books like this one, truly. It had the perfect mixture of primal, dark eroticism that somehow blended so well with the deep intimacy these two shared even when they didn't want admit it to themselves.

Struggle to finish

I got this book because it had a lot of excellent reviews. But the story is a mess, I do not like sex between adults and teenagers, that almost had me return the book. I’m struggling to finish.

The performances are fine, not the best from
Teddy and the female audio sometimes goes off at the end.

Ashley Jade did an fucken amazing job with this one! Knox and Stray are my favorite story by far..

Love it

I didn’t so much like the murder part, but the story of doing anything I mean anything to keep your love safe is poetic in its own right. Good “read” lol I couldn’t stop listening

You get so emotionally invested in their story..it's just wow.
I prefer audiobooks but will buy a hard copy for my library.. definitely a reread.

Intense and Emotional

I luckily discovered A. Jade on Audible and I’m a huge fan of her. Aspen and Knox ❤️ what a storyline!
I got angry, confused and cried! I couldn’t understand why Knox was the way he was but you really should invest in this storyline! I just loved this book! I Love Teddy Hamilton 🔥 and Desiree Ketchum is amazing!
I loved this book and warning it is a dark storyline! But I loved the ending!

pre ordered this book without reading what it was about because i knew it would be good, big mistake it is the best. Fantastic story great narrators. Five Stars
