Immerse yourself in the stories like never before; wear headphones for the best experience.

Get ready to be transported to the world of Harry Potter in a captivating production that features hundreds of unique voices and immersive sound design that brings the wizarding world vividly to life in Dolby Atmos. You’ll hear footsteps echoing through the corridors of Hogwarts and the heart-racing whoosh of the Golden Snitch as it darts past your ears in the heat of a Quidditch match. Also featuring an electrifying new musical score, The Full-Cast Audio Editions present J.K. Rowling’s iconic series as a truly spellbinding listening event for the whole family.

Turning the envelope over, his hand trembling, Harry saw a purple wax seal bearing a coat of arms; a lion, an eagle, a badger and a snake surrounding a large letter 'H.’

Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts when the letters start dropping on the doormat at number four, Privet Drive. Addressed in green ink on yellowish parchment with a purple seal, they are swiftly confiscated by his grisly aunt and uncle. Then, on Harry's eleventh birthday, a great beetle-eyed giant of a man called Rubeus Hagrid bursts in with some astonishing news: Harry Potter is a wizard, and he has a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. An incredible adventure is about to begin!

Having become classics of our time, the Harry Potter stories never fail to bring comfort and escapism. With their message of hope, belonging and the enduring power of truth and love, the story of the Boy Who Lived continues to delight generations of new listeners.

Starring Frankie Treadaway as Harry Potter, Max Lester as Ron Weasley, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, Hugh Laurie as Albus Dumbledore, Riz Ahmed as Professor Snape, Michelle Gomez as Professor McGonagall, Matthew Macfadyen as Lord Voldemort, Cush Jumbo as Narrator, and a full cast.

Available in Dolby Atmos on Audible.

Harry Potter — a name with which I’m sure both we Muggles and the magical people in the wizarding world are deeply familiar, will be on everyone's lips once again for many years to come.

Full disclosure: I’m totally blind. My experience with Harry Potter is entirely based on the audiobooks, watching the movies with audio descriptions, building countless LEGO Harry Potter sets, experiencing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in London, and last but definitely not least, visiting the Warner Bros. Studios in the United Kingdom. I may get some hate for this, but for me, these full-cast audiobooks are the most enjoyable, entertaining, and immersive way of experiencing Harry Potter — yes, even better than the movies.

Luckily, the time has come for us to embark on this adventure once again.
This is absolutely magical! Both my wife and I have been eagerly awaiting these full-cast audio productions, and we can say without a doubt that Audible did a terrific job bringing us the most immersive listening experience possible with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

J.K. Rowling’s timeless story about Harry Potter — the boy who lived — and his first year at Hogwarts springs to life in a million colors in the listener’s mind, thanks to flawless narration, voice acting, and enhanced, high-quality sound effects and atmospheric music.

All of this is delivered through state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos technology, which makes us feel as though we’re at the center of the story. Characters move around us, and spells and other sound effects have special positioning for total immersion.

For most of us who already know the story, this is a much-awaited trip down memory lane, but I can’t help being envious of those who will get to experience these adventures for the first time.

Although all the actors are excellent, I’d like to highlight British actress, writer, and producer Cush Jumbo, who is absolutely perfect as the main narrator. Her beautifully paced narration elevates the already amazing writing to the highest level of entertainment possible. She’s always there, quietly guiding us through the story without ever intruding. I think she would be a fantastic solo narrator for this series if Audible or Pottermore ever decide to create such an edition.

We’ve already pre-ordered all the full-cast edition audio productions, and we can’t wait to relive these adventures again and again. If you love Harry Potter, you should definitely check these out — even if, like us, you already own the other two audiobook versions.

We discovered Harry Potter quite late in our lives — me at 35 and my wife at 29 — but since then, we’ve completely fallen in love with these stories. We have both the US and UK audiobook versions in our library, and I’ve listened to them probably 12 times in the last six years. Now, with these full-cast editions, I can confidently say this is the most immersive version yet.

This is just the beginning of the adventure, and I’m really curious to see how these characters will grow up. From what I understand, Audible will have different actors for Books 1 through 3 and for Books 4 through 7, which makes perfect sense — after all, the kids need to grow up, and we all know what happens to teenagers’ voices.

For flawless writing and perfect narration, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone receives my highest praise: the Editor’s Choice Award for Excellence in Entertainment. This award celebrates the exceptional collaboration between the author and the narrators, which elevates the narrative experience to the highest level of immersion and enjoyment possible — and it is given to all of them together.

Congratulations, and thank you for the magic and the entertainment!

Better than the movies and the most immersive vers

As an avid Harry Potter fan, I read the books once a year with me being dyslexic. It is hard for me to read. So I like to use the audiobooks to follow along just to keep me in the books and to help me when I get lost. And caught up in the wards I have read Harry Potter since they originally came out. I am now 41 years old, so i grew up with Harry Ron in Hermione.
I absolutely love everything about the wizarding world. I love the movies I always wished they were longer and a little more true to the book. however I knkw thats not always what we get. but this gives me what I wanted. I havw pre-ordered every single onw of the others. I was so happy to hear Peeves come to life and now I cane wait to hear more of Winky, and kreacher!!! I seen some complaints about the back ground noise but I love it. really bring it to life. these in the words of Ron are BLOODY BRILLIANT!

Bloody brilliant!

As always, the book stands up to the test of time, but this cast did such an outstanding job, that it feels all the more alive. the soundscape people who worked on all the details and effects did an incedible job.

It truly feels like I'm watching a movie without seeing a thing.

fantastic cast.

The full cast and full sound affects of the whole thing really do make the same story that I’ve read and listened to and watched 1,000 times feel new again. An automatic favourite now for me :)

Like reading it for the first time again!

Another take on Harry Potter and I love it! The many different voices makes it just as exciting as if I were reading/hearing the books for the first time again. The additional sound effects make it nice to paint the picture in my head and it makes it so fun! One negative thing to me personally, is the background noise. It’s a nice touch, but multiple times it was so loud where it became overstimulating and it was difficult to listen because it made me feel uneasy. I don’t think I’d mind it much if the narrator had a steady volume and the noise seemed a little more in the background of her. But the noise overpowered her voice multiple times and it was a lot for me where I couldn’t even focus on her to try and tune it out. For example, when Harry and the gang are in the boats, pulling up to the castle when they first arrive at Hogwarts. If they’re a lot of/loud noises in real life, I become overstimulated and I can’t handle it so this is just personal to me. I’m sure someone who doesn’t have autism would be completely unbothered. Other than that, I’m loving it!

Absolutely Beautiful, with One Note
