Fixed Audio Mixing

Crazy what a little bit of adjustment can change. I gave the first book a 2 star because everything was there for it to be great but the audio mixing was so terrible that it was almost too hard to listen to. They fixed it for this book and now it’s perfect and basically everything I thought it would be. Thank you for actually listening and fixing the issue!

Snape's voice Actor needs replacing

Amazing book and very immersive, knowing how important Snape will be in the future. The voice actor does not have the ability to convey his attributes, Alan Rickman's performance and other narrators such as Stephen Fry and Jim Dale's voicing of the character is how I imagine he sounds like. Every other voice actor has done a great job.

The full cast edition is great, I think more books need to be like this.

Exactly How the Story Should Sound

This full-cast production is just as perfect as the first one. Listening to it truly feels like stepping straight into the wizarding world, and the experience is immersive from beginning to end.

I especially love the performances of Hermione and Ron. Their voices feel exactly right—so natural and expressive that they genuinely sound like the characters as written in the books. It’s incredibly easy to forget you’re listening to a recording rather than watching the story unfold.

The only small downside for me is the portrayal of Professor Snape and Lucius Malfoy. These two characters sound very similar. I think part of this comes from how iconic Alan Rickman and Jason Isaacs were in the films. Their performances were so distinctive and memorable that they’ve become deeply ingrained in how I imagine these characters.

That said, this is still an excellent listening experience overall—rich, engaging, and comforting. I’ve already started listening for a second time, and I can’t wait for the third installment coming out in January. ✨

Great but snake needs changes for his voice.

I loved how the actors preformed.The only thing I disliked was that snape lost his original voice and got a bad new voice.
