Publisher's Summary

This audiobook is an eye-opening, monumental biography of Prince Harry by a veteran journalist on royal affairs who accompanied the prince on his royal duties for a year and was granted privileged access to his home in Kensington Palace.

Once a reckless rebel and now a respected role model, Prince Harry is one of the world's most popular royals and the force behind giving the British royal family a 21st-century makeover. How has he done it?

This insightful new biography is a three-dimensional look at what Harry is really like as a person, both on and off royal duty. It is written by distinguished journalist and author Angela Levin who accompanied Prince Harry on many of his engagements and had exclusive access to him at Kensington Palace.

The audiobook unwraps the real man behind the camera and his own perceptive insights. It delves into his troubled childhood and the lasting effect of losing his adored mother - Diana, Princess of Wales - so young. It explores his rebellious teenage years and the key defining moments that have enabled him to face his demons and use this experience to help others who struggle with mental, emotional, and physical pain.

Angela Levin found a complex man who has inherited his late mother's extraordinary charisma and is determined to "make a difference". After finding the love of his life in Meghan Markle, and in anticipation of their marriage this year, this is an investigation into the real life of Prince Harry.

Fluff

Very full of fluff. Filler. Verbatim accounts of things said by Megan and Harry in interviews. Really into telling all the details and brands of the clothes Megan wears. kind of sad with no inside info at all.

More of the same

To me this book was a rewrite of many articles that were oribred before, during, and after the engagement and not based much on actual conversations with the Prince. Disappointed to hear a biographer focus on the price tag of the Duchess’ clothing. Great narration

it's Another book about Diana

I love Diana. but we've seen & heard enough of the same books written and movies played, about the life of Princess Diana. i get she's Harry's mum. However this book is mainly about the life of Diana than it is about Harry. The author took whats already been written about and rewrote it for this book. Unfair to Harry. This book was to be about him. It should've been more on Harry less on the other Royals.

AND- THE chapters are OFF... they're not in sync with Audible

The Author is horrible.

This author fabricated this story after a very brief encounter with Prince Harry. She continues to attack him and his wife to this day.

Skin deep

Overall the book contains fairly shallow insights on Harry. Just filled in details of his life and some of it interesting and often times a rehash of what’s already been printed. With his relationship with Meghan, again just the bullet points with the only analysis on her fashion choices and not their relationship. The narrator seemed great initially, however her imitations are awful. She makes Harry sound insufferable and as for Meghan and every other American, she puts on the worst American accent I’ve ever heard. It literally sounds like an upper class Brit mocking a non-existent accent that evidently is meant to be American. Incredibly off putting and unnecessary.

Obviously biased pro-royal account

Well within authors right the have such an obvious bias. However, does not make it a true account...
