The woman's killing me. I'm not the kind of man who would normally consider blurring the lines between landlord and tenant or boss and employee, but Summer is a walking temptation. Neurotic and obsessive when it comes to work, sure, but a damn cute temptation nevertheless. She's been a good tenant and an even better worker. Plus she doesn't simper or throw herself at me like a lot of women who find out my net worth. Liked It Better Than Book 1
This was a fun, quick listen. The narration was pretty good. There were a couple of times when the male narrator sounded like he really increased the speed of the dialogue. I wasn't sure if that was his plan to speak faster, or if he was trying to show that Logan was excited, or convey some other emotion.
I liked Logan and Nicole as a couple. I loved their banter. I thought it was great about Logan's dedication to and relationship with his daughter. I was surprised by the bit of danger that showed up.
I appreciated that Nicole was able to talk Logan in off the ledge. I didn't think he would respond like he did. I knew he would react like he did.
A sweet, sexy romance that I completed in a few hours. I would give this book 3.5 stars. I did enjoy it more than book 1.

Very good!
This is second in a series, but totally stand alone. I really enjoyed it. I listen to books at work all day and like to have no angst, funny, and of course sexy books 😜 with great HEA! Definitely worth listening too!
