Three Months of Habit forming

It takes less than about three months (66 days) according to research to be able to form a new habit or break an old one. What could be a better habit to form than the habit of positive thinking? I like the idea of this challenge, though there could be more information about the theory of habit forming.

Do you control your thoughts or do your thoughts

It’s a really profound question that most people don’t really consider.
However, when you start to realize how much control you actually have by becoming more aware of your thoughts, you feel so much more empowered to be able to change the things in your life that you want to change! It’s a positive feedback loop.
