gratitude is happiness
Highly recommended if you're new to meditation, and want a gratitude meditation!
A well-produced gratitude meditation, with a few brief suggestions to think on things that being happiness.
This listener and long time mediator felt mislead by the title. The music felt jarringly repetitive, and felt it lacked focus on the path to happiness. Would also have valued more attention on releasing blocks to happiness. It's still worth the time as a gratitude meditation, and may listen again.
