Spiritual Realism

This book is amazing. Before reading it, my spirituality was like a guilty pleasure: something I indulged in, but didn't feel comfortable talking about. It taught me how spirituality is part of my everyday real life. It took the science of everyday life that I know and blended with the unseen world that I knew existed but no one openly acknowledged. And it did it in a way that didn't make me challenge my sanity.

Before reading this, I felt lost, confused and alone. But after reading this book and experiencing some of the other teachings, I feel more connected to this universe and this lifetime than ever before.

Knowledge + experience + integration

The audio book was packed with ”thought tools, ” and paints an inspiring and vivid picture of the path of a serious spiritual seeker. Plus on the ”readers only” website, there is a guided meditation walkthrough (for the meditation technique outlined in the book). When I listened to the guided med I felt as if it was my first ’real’ meditation.

This book is great for anyone looking grow spiritually and who understands that having their own experiences is vital to their awakening.

note: I felt as if the book was articulating the sort of deep truth that I have felt my whole life but never had words for...

If you want the real nuts and bolts for consciousness expansion and are tired of sifting through the gimmics and fluff then this audiobook is for you!

It makes so much sense!

This is a very intense book. I appreciate that there isn’t any fluff like many books. It’s packed with lots of useful tools. I went to a park and tried some of the meditation techniques and it was very intense. Many of the concepts in the book came to life in my mind, like puzzle pieces all starting to snap together. This was exactly what I was looking for!

I haven’t finished with the book yet. I’m taking time with it and reflecting on it, as it makes so much sense as I could spend all day thinking about this stuff!

If you feel that spiritual calling inside you, and see yourself as more of a spiritual person, than religious, you’ll love it!
