well paced story, outstanding narration

Jackson and Xander continue to build their lives together, forging friendships and discovering they have more allies than they realized. There are of course more secrets. More battles fought. Sacrifices made as they continue to rebuild the guild and attempt to stop the fae. The story is well paced and  a great continuation of the series.  

Zachary Johnson is an outstanding voice actor and excels in this genre. He has immense range and distinct character voices that are so well suited to this series.

Love the plot and the twist, this is turning out to be one of my favorite series

Brilliant

Loved the story when I first read it. But as always the story takes on a whole other dimension in audio form. The subtle and sultry ways Zachary reads the romantic scenes really do make you blush. I’m so glad Lore is coming into his own. His part always makes me laugh out loud. Can’t wait to hear the next one

Sedgewick Shines

Hand of Glory is the fifth book in the Arcane Hearts series. This is an ongoing series and should be read in order otherwise you’ll be lost.

The moment I have been waiting for finally happens! I was so giddy throughout this book waiting for the big question, but the author kept us on our toes. I won’t spoil it, but overall, it thought it was done with just the right amount of sass and sweetness. Sedgewick was so impressive in this book. He’s been this sweet young guy who kind of faded to the background in the other books, but Sedgewick has a spine of steel. This entire book – from the interaction with Hecate (that was a creepy ceremony, the Grayhaven school dance, and even the fascinating building process of Jackson’s guild – was fantastic. I got sucked into the storyline and enjoyed every moment of it.

The audiobook was narrated by Zachary Johnson who does a great job. Zachary performed this book with skill and energy. The voices were spot on and the action scenes were engrossing. I loved every moment of it.

Magnificent once again

Noor and Johnson once again deliver a tour de force production with masterful writing complemented by expert storytelling for a fun and saucy adventure that is both complete by itself and enriching of the greater saga. Looking forward to the next one once again!

This particular series is a little bit more graphic which is fantastic for the older, But if you listen to his vampire series or the dark series Is same overtones but a little bit more pg.
