I want more and longer books set in this world!

MM Romance – Vampire/Wolf Shifter - Fated Mates – Insta Attraction - Found Family – Halloween - Novella

I came across this one when I was looking for something else and thought the blurb was funny and the cover all right. The book is only 3 hours but the author still manages to create an intriguing world with interesting characters. Of course there is depth missing and the pace is a bit off, but though short it was a fun read.

I liked Lazare and Remy together. As they were fated mates the insta lust was a given. That the full moon was close didn't make it easier for poor Lazare, who tried to fight the bond in the beginning. If given more time for their relationship to develop they could have been fantastic, the potential is there. In fact, the whole world has potential. Even the side characters do. I hope there will be more – and longer – books set in this world!

Blake Lockheart needs to narrate more books I own, he's really good.
Kelly Fox packs a lot in this short story. I really hope she revisits Lazare, Remy and the rest of the clan (would love to know what happens with Eloy and Gentry; will we know more about Toulouse?)
The narration was excellent! Blake Lockheart had a lazy drawl for the MCs, but both were quite distinct. All the characters were well voiced, an excellent way to experience the story!
Oh, the the 4 stars for the story is only because I want more!

Loved this one...

First off, like this was hands down the sexiest narration I have ever heard on an audiobook and y'all, I'm an old who has thousands of audiobooks to my name. Blake Lockheart went above and beyond for this story.

So in this short story we have Lazare, a wolf shifter just trying to live his life with his found family. To be honest, I was more interested in this family and how they got together.

They rescue a vamp who smells really good to Lazare and suddenly the Wolfie starts nesting and searching the internet about how to figure out if someone is your fated mate.

When Remy wakes up, he also feels the pull and then it's non stop sexytimes and spooge. So much spooge.

Things happen, Lazare becomes a were wolf on top of being a shifter and they have their HEA.

I love insta-everything so that part didn't bother me. What bothered me was the extreme amount of people, places, and things going on. But I loved the vibes on this one and still do.

I do suggest reading this in audio, the narration makes it even better.

Great Narration

Blake is a new narrator to me and I absolutely loved the narration!! It brought the story to life!!

This is another great book from Kelly!! This one was short and steamy!! I want to know more about all the characters!!

Kelly Fox and Blake Lockheart FTW

Kelly has a knack for writing well rounded characters that suck you into their world. Lazare and Remy are no exception. Top this adorable story with Blake's melting New Orleans drawl... I melted.

I enjoy enemies to lovers and forced proximity tropes, and this sweet story has that in spades. Kelly gilds the Lilly with a lively cast of characters as found family, some super hot steamy love, and a great subplot that leaves room for more stories with these characters. I can't wait to see what comes next.

I am a huge fan of Kelly Fox's contemporary romance, but I really hope she does more paranormal, and especially set in New Orleans, because she's really good at it. The characters are engaging and sexy, the story is sexy and fun, and the narration brings everything to life. More, please!

Whew.. do not listen to before going into work! 🔥

This is the first time I've heard Blake Lockheart narrate a story and holy hotness! I'd let that man talk to me all day long. What an amazing voice that was able to bring so much life to this story. I read it when it first came out and it was a great/sext story in my head but hearing him do it... the heat levels were ramped up 100% My only complaint it that Kelly writes such great side characters that I need more! I don't want this to be a standalone.

Holy Hannah this was hot

When I first read this, I adored Kelly’s foray into paranormal. But Blake just adds an absolutely epic and sexy layer to it. I could not stop listening to it. I’m really hoping for more from Blake in Kelly’s PNR world.
