Great Listen, Informative

I’ve been listening to books on books in the ultra running genre lately, and I appreciated this book for its straightforward, but humble delivery. There’s is a wide array of information for those curious, interested and or in the thick of the ultra running lifestyle. I would’ve liked more of a backstory on the rise of Hal, but I definitely appreciate the humility and insight on mistakes and wins. The narrator was good and had pleasant delivery style. Totally recommend.

Informative.

Met expectations but wish it'd been more detailed in terms of hydration and nutrition, those segments were really basic.

Bought the book too

After listening to this, I ordered the physical book too. Soooo much great info. The audio book is well produced and easy to listen to. I can’t believe how fast I flew through it. I wanted the physical book because there is so much info I want to go back and highlight. I’ll be opening it many times as I train for my first ultra.
