While Valentine’s Day is supposed to be full of romance and flying hearts, this year, Anna finds herself defending a misplaced Cupid, dodging a gang of thieving arrow shooters, and assisting Nick Bassaneli, her stubborn potential brother-in-law, with a bogus murder charge. Meanwhile, she’s trying to find her sexy boyfriend the perfect gift, when all he wants is for her to show up to Valentine’s dinner without danger on her heels.

Speaking of danger, Aiden Devlin is a little too secretive about his newest investigation, and something is hanging heavy over his head, but the stubborn Irishman refuses to share. Anna begins to fear that the ‘bogus’ murder charge might not be so bogus, and Nick truly could be in trouble. Unfortunately for Aiden, the Albertini family is full of self-proclaimed sleuths, and they’re more than eager to crack the case before he can reach his own conclusions.

During the season of love, Anna is forced to juggle her meddling family, solve the puzzle of the chaotic Cupids, save her potential brother-in-law, and arrive at Valentine’s Day dinner in one piece. Hey, miracles can happen.

The best HUMOR!

I love the internal dialogue that Anna has with herself. I can identify! And the big family - all the personalities make these books fun! Add in the madcap mysteries and a bit of romance throughout …. These books are simply a great escape, that leave you smiling.

Love the Narrator

Loved the story and the narrator. Two thumbs up! I just needed five more words!

Excellent book

Another excellent book in the Anna Albertini files series! I absolutely love reading these books. The interactions between the family members are just written superbly. The storyline grabs your interest immediately and the plot twists keep you hooked because you don't even see some of the things coming. I love this series, I loved reading it and listening to it and I cannot wait for the next book! Once again, Rebecca Zanetti did an excellent job with her book and I'm so glad that I have it. I love it so much that I have the ebook, audiobook, and yes the paperback! Love love love this series! Highly recommend everybody to read it.

Entertaining and funny

This is worth listening to over and over I have relisted to the series several times and always want more .

Story

This story is full of comedy and shananigans. I love the characters and that family is wrapped in community bonds. I hope there is more to come!!!!
