Este libro se aplica a todos, sin importar cuál sea el objetivo que estés tratando de alcanzar. No tiene que ser solo el atletismo. Te enseña formas prácticas de implementar herramientas para ayudarte a tener éxito. Uno de los pensamientos más profundos que tocó para mí y que me impactó fue 'no dejes que el elogio o la negatividad sean la fuerza motriz de cualquier manera'. Creo que muchas veces nos centramos en el elogio y la positividad porque creemos que eso nos impulsará a ganar o a cruzar la línea de meta. Honestamente, este libro necesita ser leído por todos.
