Publisher's summary

A South African woman arrives in America alone with two suitcases, a work visa, and a bottle of fine 1966 Portuguese port - her birth year and a farewell present from a friend. Her quest to escape a painful childhood and discover who her father is takes her from an office cubicle to the mountain peaks of the Himalayas. The successful real estate broker and self-proclaimed workaholic and couch potato turns into an accidental lobbyist for breast cancer and ultra-endurance racer in an agonizing five-day, 100-mile race in India. Unexpected friendships, crushing defeats, and unlikely victories conspire across several continents as the universe keeps her guessing how her own story will turn out.

Henda’s story is impressive and impactful

Henda’s story of overcoming a challenging childhood, then surviving breast cancer and a heart attack, to becoming a national hero for dense tissue breast cancer detection is incredible! Her work today and how she is taking advantage of her “Third Act” is beyond inspiring! Henda does a terrific job of narrating her own book in her lovely South African accent as I enjoyed the audible even more than reading the book.

Fascinating Story.....Intoxicating Delivery!

My words as a mortal natural born American simply can not, could not, and shall not attempt to describe the level of brilliance this woman's unimaginable journey is written and delivered in her own voice!
