This book is in need of some serious editing and it's unclear who the author is since she is referred to in the third person throughout the book. However, the food descriptions made my mouth water and Gary Ladka's narration was friendly and engaging.

The Bounty of Queens Comes Alive

Listening to this audiobook during a pandemic has been a treat. I now know that I've driven through Queens too many times without stopping. The coverage of so many appetizing restaurants made my mouth water. One could easily plan days or weeks well spent in Queens from the information found here. When the pandemic ends, I look forward to putting this newfound knowledge to use. Further, the narration by Mr. Ladka was pitch perfect and added to the experience. My only suggestion is that the recording would be even more valuable if specific towns or interests (e.g., art, shopping, beaches, etc.) could be accessed via the Audible interface.
