Who can Cia trust?

The stakes are higher than ever—lives of promise cut short or fulfilled; a future ruled by fear or hope--in the electrifying conclusion to Joelle Charbonneau's epic Testing trilogy. Ready or not…it’s Graduation Day.

The final test is the deadliest.

The Testing is a chilling and devious dystopian thriller that all fans of The Hunger Games will simply devour. Joelle Charbonneau writes with guts and nerve but also great compassion and heart. Highly recommended.”—Jonathan Maberry, New York Times bestselling author of Rot & Ruin and Flesh & Bone

Great series. Weak ending.

I really loved this series but I wanted more in the ending. The end felt rushed and weird. Also I wish there was more elaboration on Tomas and her relationship. Romance was missing. Author missed the art of “show don’t tell.” She would just say in the middle of the sentence, “and while we kissed I hope he knew I loved him.” And it’s like so weak. Walk the readers through the kiss! Do you know what I mean?

Ending felt rushed

This author had woven a fantastically elaborate story over the first two books and I loved all the characters, they all had depth and differences. You could tell the author took time to create a sense of the scene in each setting that took place, they were very descriptive. While listening I could tell the finale was coming but then I looked at the amount of time left in the book and there was less than 45 minutes to close it all up. For all the books to be around 8 hours and have the finale and ending all happen in 45 minutes was disappointing. I didn’t want it to drag on, but it felt very rushed and I had no sense of closure. I don’t know if the author left it that way in hopes of writing an additional book but I just look back and think… seriously, what just happened. Wish it would have a better sense of closure, but the story as a whole was great and the author did a fantastic job.
