I hear notes of Greek mythology, Native American folk tales, and Wicca in Pollack’s fairy tale. At the heart of this book is a love story and an allegory about recognizing one’s true self.

I got carried away with her two lovers as they found each other, and gasped as the story turned its surreal corners. Yes, it's that good.

This was well done but the end was so sad and a little confusing. Very deep story.
