Publisher's summary

Humans have countless dirty tricks up their sleeves. It’s a good thing Spicy the goblin is a fast learner.

He’ll need every wile and skill to survive what’s coming.

Two pirate crews know about the dragon Fath’s presence in the secluded delta village, and both will go to any length to recover the bomb recipe Alma and Blades stole.

Spicy will have to race to be the first to catch the thieves, all while deciding who among the gangs of criminals he can trust.

His journey will take him deeper into the heart of the world of humanity, where a darker force more dangerous than any man or dragon waits.

Grab a copy of Goblin Rogue, which continues Spicy’s adventure as he plunges further into the treacherous world of men, dragons, and ancient secrets!

A Must Read Goblin Fantasy Series

These books just keep getting better! If you haven't read books 1 & 2 then go back and read those first, it will make so much more sense and quite honestly you don't want to miss out on the earlier part of the adventure. We love fantasy in our house and this one is a bit unique since it's centered around goblins. I will say that do think these are more slightly geared towards teen boys but really any fantasy lover will enjoy this one.

Parents- PG13 - These books are have quite a bit of violence with some mild gore (could bother the squeamish), some mild language and no sexual content in this book (bk 1 goes into mating habits of trolls but not graphically and has more gore then the other books).

Inner Warrior Found

Spicy has found his inner warrior. He had struggled and survived some really incredible odds. He saved the children but lost his friend. He got the pirates a new boat and is trying to keep his word to the dragon. I dont think Thistle would have faired as well even though she might be still mad at him for going in her stead. Im looking forward to the next book!

Continues to impress

This is one of my favorite series I'm currently following, and every book that releases I usually binge within a day or two.

Goblin Rogue's continuation of Spicy's journey brought about a few things i wasn't expecting. I especially like where the journey takes him and the emphasis the writer brings about how odd it is for Spicy to be involved with. Spicy's continued character development is fun to see, especially when compared to the first book. The author consistently adds more to Spicy's plate and builds upon his skills to survive, all while balancing his true nature and characteristics. I will admit, I do miss Hog, but the new supporting characters fill the hole left by Hog well.

As for narration, Gareth continues to impress me with his improvements in his narration ability. Like Spicy, he's come a long way since book 1, and i can't wait to hear the next installment.
