It really helped.

Don’t discount it just because it’s only 29 minutes long. I listened to this with my girlfriend after she cheated and it helped her understand my pain much better, and gave us a roadmap. She also decided to go to counseling to improve her communication. this book won’t fix the life for you- but it will give you a pretty dang good roadmap of how to do it.

Brief, lacking depth, but focuses on restoration

very brief, and doesn't go into problems that occur when your partner continues such as what to do if your partner chooses not to respect boundaries. overall positive and gives validation to your feelings, and focuses on a hopeful outcome.

lacking a bit

this book was so short, I paid for a book that wasnt even 39min long. there were some good points, but i think it could have been expanded more.

Insightful, clear narration. Mentions imperative steps to consider during and after affair discovery. Recommended listening for someone going through trust betrayal.

eh

wasn't very helpful. God and people that actually care about you, not fake ppl are the only things that help me. while struggling with PTSD my wife/best friend decided that her new girlfriend (of 3 months) was more important than her husband of 20 years/father of her child. her excuse for always being gone was because she was sick. I guess I just wasn't important enough to her? also pretty sure she cheated on me years ago with a coworker. but God is seeing me through this. he hasn't and never will give up on me. learned lesson #1=always keep your eyes open. the devil is always after us and will work through anyone. #2=fool me once. never again will I let anyone in like I did her. she was the only one that I ever loved, I let my gaurd down she burned me.

pretty much useless

Argh! The narrator makes an awful nasal whistling noise when pronouncing certain "s" sounds. Why!?

This book really helps!

After finding out about an infidelity in your married, you’re ALL OVER THE PLACE emotionally. I wish I’d read this book months ago. This book puts everything into perspective and helps you to concentrate on one thing at a time, basically walking you through the steps you need to follow. I’m going to keep this book on hand to refer back to at any given time.
