I asked questions of my self that I never did before. Wish I read the book years ago

Powerful

For anyone on either side of the outside relationship, I would recommend this book. Especially for men. It’s tough to know how to move forward when you want to keep your relationship, how to endure the repair process and most of all move forward with your love. I’m not married, but I did cheat on my 22 year long best friend and four year relationship. The principles remain the same despite the titles. It’s definitely a light of hope at the end of the tunnel.

I feel empathy regarding infidelity. I have my own personal views but am flexible in weighing the good vs the bad. Rebuilding trust and intimacy can take YEARS even if the infidelity has been forgiven.
