Great for Happiness Beginners
Great information if your starting your happiness journey. The tips & strategies included in this book are the foundation to being & seeing more HAPPY within your life....but if you've truly been on this journey for a while & have read many other happiness books....this may be a good refresher but most likely won't offer anything you haven't already implemented. However, a general review isn't a bad thing either.

This book is full of empowering insights and steps that have helped me elevate my perception of my position in life. And looking at things from this new vantage point has helped me be more present in everything I do. The authors stress the importance of rituals and I would strongly suggest that reading this book to start your day be added to everyone's list of daily rituals!
