Eliminates fog around executive career pathing

“Climbing the corporate ladder” has forever been a confusing and disheartening turn of phrase. Mostly because the reality of it feels daunting and unclear. John provides strong insight, clarity and perspective from both his own experience and learning, but also from anecdotal experiences of others. John’s tone and inflection make this a really easy book to consume, you can hear the emotion in his voice, as he chronicles his learning and life experience. This book is best listened to with a notebook in hand, to engage in the “quick coaching sessions” but isn’t required. Highly recommend this book because John highlights behaviors, actions and mindset required to make moves to the top—breaking through the opaque, foggy reality of executive track career pathing.
