Did the job, made my lazy bum move!

If it did the job why only 4 stars? Because within the hypnosis text, there arw parts, that I personally don't like and don't want to settle with my subconsiosness.
For example, suggestion to work less in order to find time for workout - NO, I cannot afford that!

However, if you are not bothered by that, this revord/hypnosis WORKS! My lazy self can assure you of that! 3rd day I was hooked - woke up and did some donkey kicks :)

Annoying

Ridiculous. There are many books available, but when you buy them with your credit, they aren't "formatted" or some crap so you have to go through the pain of returning them.
