Yoga for everyone

Wow, this audiobook is super cool! It shares awesome yoga poses that aren't too tough, especially for older folks, beginners, or guys who might feel a little unsure about trying yoga. The best part is that there are modifications for every pose, so anyone can try it, no matter if they've got some aches or other health issues. It's really neat to hear about how the guy's mom does yoga and stays really active, even as she's getting older. This audiobook makes me think that anyone can do yoga, feel stronger, flex more, balanced, and help with posture, maybe even making them feel a little younger. I bet even my grandpa would enjoy this! It's so simple, easy and helpful.

Yoga works!

In “Gentle yoga for seniors,” Adrian Rose gives us the keys to the feel-good wagon with gentle but effective exercises for looking to increase mobility, range of motion, mood, energy, and so much more.
